      Significant cultural improvement since spinning from ITT

      Pros

      Leadership has worked hard to positively change the culture to make the whole organisation and inclusive, informed and engaged place to work - focused on challenging performance.

      Cons

      Structural changes have been constant since leaving ITT - many employees are concerned at the rate of change and have difficulty valuing the reasons for it. This will only increase now..

      Pros

      The salary was good but that really was about it. The seem to close all the nice locations and consolidate into less attractive ones otherwise i'd say decent locations. President of a $3B division was run off for this very activity.

      Cons

      Very poor corporate executive leadership (former military flag officer). Busted many times for violation of FARs, corrupt leadership, unhealthy corporate culture and politics. They literally care more for the bottom line then their customers and don't realize you sort of need those customer types - ha!
