Leadership has worked hard to positively change the culture to make the whole organisation and inclusive, informed and engaged place to work - focused on challenging performance.
Cons
Structural changes have been constant since leaving ITT - many employees are concerned at the rate of change and have difficulty valuing the reasons for it. This will only increase now..
