Make your own hours, company vehicle, tons of travel
Cons
Never home, 50,000 miles/year driving, terrible management, don't care about you at all, hard to get a raise, you'll regret it. unless you have no experience in this field in which case take the job if they offer
Insurance was ok. They give you tools/work van or you can use your own and they pay you monthly. You have some flexibility but not much.
Cons
Most of the Management is horrible. The owner dont care about the techs. Long hours. Lots of travel. You work day and night. The pay is not competitive. High turnover. No room for advancement. No pay raises.
