      Not very many pros, the perks are decent

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment Cliquey and a toxic work culture High pressure and demanding Lack of employee wellbeing measures A lot of discrimination based on race & gender Expel hires people that are rude and disrespectful in senior positions The product isn’t very good and customers constantly complain

      Understanding and balanced leadership team. Lots of fantastic people to work with. People genuinely care about their colleagues and their customers.

      Cons

      They cannot rest on their laurels - more has to be done to align to what the market really wants to win more.
