      Pros

      Fun and fast-paced environment that provides employees with a high degree of accountability and career progression. For example, there are lots of opportunities to work on cross-functional projects and gain exposure to all areas of the business. The management team are credible and supportive individuals with strong backgrounds across various industries. Flexibility with remote working. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      More face-to-face meetings would be beneficial however this has been hampered by COVID.

      Pros

      Open, collaborative culture. Great colleagues and just a fun place to work. People have to work hard, but we are making a difference to customers and I can see the business improving every month so it's exciting to be part of the journey

      Cons

      We are moving very fast so we don't always get time to sit back and enjoy before moving on to the next thing
