      Pros

      * Nice office in a fantastic part of California * Friendly people, still with the small-company feel and attitude * Good stepping-stone if you've graduated from CalPoly

      Cons

      * Cut-throat management, who will kick you to the kerb at will. I saw several friends cut loose for no sensible reason. * Willing to sacrifice quality employees for cheaper alternatives. * Not the best pay... but I guess the weather does compensate somewhat.

      Pros

      Co-workers were amazing people. I learned a lot because I had to take on multiple roles.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they're doing. Just about every two years half of the company gets fired. Then the owner brings new management and the cycle starts all over again. Those left standing are shattered that people they care about are gone and expected to pick up the workload of multiple people. They purposely low ball on salary. The salary is at least 7k-15k off averages no matter what department you're in. You want to survive at this company? Become family. Because even if you don't know what you're doing you'll be given a Director title and even if you fail at your job at least you won't be part of the next culling.
