      Amazing people and great friends

      C-level are so out of touch with reality, management couldn't manage a coffee machine yet alone a team. It blows my mind daily what happens internally, They consistently change KPI's and what they want from us almost on a daily basis, the support is 0 to none. I really feel like I'm on a episode of Punked, because there is no way this company actually works, after seeing what goes on internally. I wish I read Glassdoor before accepting a Job here. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

      Great C&B, nice time off package, Flexible working arrangement, Tech Company with a lot of automations Support on L&D

      Cons

      Last few years, management kept changing and many layoffs happened. this year, it seems getting stable. Lack of company goals to align team and individual directions. Still a lot ac-hoc initiatives from the management, employees not sure how to prioritize.
