Pros
* Everybody is kind and open minded. * Company does not restrict consultants in any ways and relationships are good even after the consultant leaves. * Frequent afterworks with pretty decent budget (especially the end-of-year party) Example: one consultant signed up for a party and left the company. He was still encouraged by management to come to the party, even though he didn't even work there anymore.

* Is a consulting company, you need to like being a consultant
