      Very Bad Experience

      Pros

      Some of the employees are very nice to work with.

      Cons

      Poor Management, The CEO has a very bad attitude towards employees. Salary is always delayed by more than a month. They even make up silly excuses to cover up the delay. If we question them, they come up with some kind of plot against us, mostly "data theft" to get rid of us. Please don't work here, especially if you are starting your career.

      Pros

      ESPL is a good knowledge gaining center for fresh graduates coming out of colleges. The work environment is set to kick start a good career. The employees gain live project experience, Thanks ESPL for helping me kick start my career.

      Cons

      Though you get the required work knowledge compensation is a major concern.

      Last month salary not paid to employees mostly. They will make some or the other reason for that and strive to prove it by hook or crook.
