Pros

Fun and exciting job, get to travel to National Parks and around the Bay area.

Cons

Management/Leadership when I worked there was not good.

Pros

The CEO & VP are generous and are also very flexible with scheduling. If you do a great job, they will take care of you. The job is fun, but the days are long. You will meet people from all over the world. It was the best company I have worked for in my 43 years of employment.

Cons

Long days. Sometimes, guests can be challenging. Doing tours in bad weather can be difficult, but doable.

Pros

Sometimes you can make a good amount of money for a tour if the passengers tip well, unfortunately most of them are not from America and it takes a lot of explaining to get them to tip

Cons

Uncertain what pay you’re going to earn due to tipping and random scheduling as needed by ticket sales
