Pros

Management is very flexible and understanding and for me as a college student, I need flexibility. They genuinely care about their employees and their customers!

Cons

Some cons are that this company runs tours 365 days a year, so that means working on holidays but no different than any other tour company.

Pros

offer complimentary tours for employees

Cons

1. the worst company I have ever worked for 2. ask the employees to work on every American holiday including 4th of July, Christmas, and New Year's Day etc. 3. very low pay, less than minimum pay of CA 4. hire many international interns to work in IT and reservation and marketing department, they work the same time and workload as the full time employees but only get half salary 5. there is no any training 6. It's forbidden to talk any word during work and at the same time under camera surveillance 7. very bad management; most of the managers quit the job in a short time since they start it; sometimes the intern is in charge of the office 8. there is no respect to employees and the boss always yell at the employees
