Flexible Hours, able to leave work when need and make up the lost hours without using vacation. Growth from 67 employees when I started to 430 just in 10 years. Nice new building. GREAT Benefits!
Cons
Very young and inexperienced Management and Engineers. Many are stuck in a position with no chance of advancement. Some are overworked 70-80hr/week, working over 300hr/year of OT leading to burnout! Meeting shipping dates seems to be more important then the Product Quality which is not as good as it could be. Ship it now, fix it later.
