      Pros

      Jim Marggraff's vision for Eyefluence will change human-computer interaction, the future! There are few other things I've seen as inspiring and motivational. The culture and the people of Eyefluence are unsurpassed; it is rare to find a collection of people with exceptional intelligence and expertise yet also are fun, light-hearted and supportive. The problems we are solving are novel, challenging and interesting; they provide the opportunity to solidify your skill set and to be able to constantly learn and grow. For those reading this that are interested in joining us, hurry while you can, this company is going big places fast.

      Cons

      With the company's growth space is becoming limited in the current office. The catered lunches - which is a great perk none-the-less - are not very diet friendly; most days there are no greens, the meals are starchy and heavy and often are repetitive or dull.

      Glad to hear you're so excited about the future of the company and the challenging problems we solve. Thanks for the great feedback! The meals are provided by a world class chef who prepares the healthiest meals for our employees. Once in a while we'll go for the junk food, but mainly it's non-fat, low-carb, delicious meals. If you have any special requests or dietary requirements please let us know. We always try to accommodate.

      Team atmosphere (REALLY!) Mutual respect and admiration for each other TALENTED Team Great Management Team We're all in this together attitude! We excel together.

      Construction in front of building hides our great office

      Pros

      There are many talented, intelligent individuals that work here. Their knowledge is not limited to tech but extends into their diverse hobbies. It's always intriguing to learn something new about my peers. I feel very supported in my efforts to learn as much as I can about all the projects going on. The open environment is a pleasure to work in and I find myself looking forward to coming in to work!

      We need more bandwidth for all the cool stuff we're doing
