      Highly dynamic and rapidly changing environments , which can be both exciting and challenging. Most jobs require strong technical skills, which may be a challenge for individuals who lack expertise. Woking long hours is common and expected by management.

      Pros

      Noticed some improvements in management. They seem more open to feedback and are making efforts to create a better workplace. Big focus on work-life balance. The company culture is good and colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      Unless you come in with experience, compensation is not competitive. Perhaps insurance is what makes up for it but hearing that insurance plan, while still decent, has dropped in benefits.

      Benefits packages have been getting worse every year Almost impossible to have a decent salary increase once you are in. Many people would leave and come back for a better increase
