A good starting point but don;t expect to progress quickly

Cons

Difficult to progress, salary negotiations is not possible after you start, your better of starting out on a good salary rather then working hard in expectation that you will get recognised.

There were some extremely talented people working there who were a pleasure to work with. The location is good.

Cons

To sum it up in a word - management. They treated staff poorly and were reluctant to invest in their staff and their products. Overall management practises and methods were not robust and less than professional. They refused to listen to input and advice from staff members who had far more experience and knowledge. All this led to extremely high staff turnover and instability.

Cons

Family run, old-fashioned, every second/minute of your time is tracked, they state flexibility but the owners clearly have no idea on what "flexibility" actually means. Micro-managed, disgusting ancient tech stack, poor team leads who are scared of management.
