      Some really talented individuals including the CEO, there is a growing demand for the tech

      Cons

      Really dysfunctional senior management, lack of strategy, favouritism, misogynistic at times, senior management more worried about making themselves look good rather than focusing helping and growing the business

      Pros

      FADEL is such a great company that offers flexible work arrangements, nice working spaces, and compassionate coworkers. The team are all superstars and everyone puts in their part to see the company succeed, and upper management is inspiring and always there to help and offer advice.

      Cons

      Working with multiple time zones can be tricky, but there is no unrealistic expectation to respond 24/7.
