      There is no reason to work for famar

      Cons

      There is not respect between employees. The salaries are too low for someone to work for this pharmaceutical company. No Promotions.

      Pros

      Large and multinational organization. Well structured, good policies, procedures, timelines etc

      Cons

      Top management not interested in its people growth, huge employee turnover, poor compensation and benefits, poor training and development. Most of head quarters employees enjoy the privileges while the whole company "runs" from the employees and managers on the sites.
