      - My line manager allows me to work remotely as is comfortable. - Much of the work is challenging but not overwhelming. - The team is comprised of genuinely lovely people. - Being surrounded by people working hard is motivating.

      - Occasionally I find myself working on less interesting, maintenance-focused issues.
