this is a start up company, which has a very goof potential to become a leading company in the energy field. office culture is open door system, no closed cubic which helps in communicating with other employers is easy .
Cons
difficult to keep up with changes in the office development.

The company is cutting edge and in an exciting space at an exciting time. Colleagues are extremely talented, bright and driven. You must be ambitious and talented to succeed in the environment, but for the right person it is a tremendous experience and we have a passion to change the world!
Cons
This is not the environment for slower paced individuals who are looking for a more corporate environment.
