      Great Place to Work with Great People

      Pros

      I genuinely enjoy the people I work with. The atmosphere is professional, but not stuffy. The company makes decisions with the best interest of the employees and customers in mind, not just the bottom line.

      Cons

      Somewhat strict on when and where you are working. Only able to work from home after 6 months.

      Pros

      Christmas and end of year bonuses. Can easily access upper management all the way to the CEO. Free health & dental ins to singles.

      Cons

      Conservative, all-white, archaic, Midwestern company. Slow to accept change, and diversity. Not a lot of vacation time for new hires, and takes a long time to accrue. Coworkers don't seem to talk much to each other. Since there's such a low turnover, it's slow & takes a long time for promotions or new positions to open.
