      Not much left. It's a job at this point.

      Cons

      Browning took over and are canceling all kinds of products. No known future for guns. FNM did the Browning plan a few years ago and it failed miserably. They keep sayin the new .264 is the future but we have no assembly line and they keep firing people instead of making it the future. Belgium is canceling it for a SCAR to screw America. I saw a whole department get a promotion and skip another person, I see a lawsuit coming! Guys giving everything and no promotions for them.

      Hourly team is mostly good.

      Cons

      Feels dirty pushing patriotic American marketing when it’s actually a Belgian company which means profits leave the US and go back to Belgium. Backstabbing/blame game focus instead of fixing problems. Everyone’s always more concerned with CYA…but understandably so based on the culture.
