Pros
FORGE provides a huge amount of support, guidance, and opportunities for growth for those willing to work hard and take it. The knowledge and experienced I've gained in my time at FORGE is more than all my other work experience combined. They also value work/life balance and provide great perks like a wellness stipend, half day Fridays, happy hours, and offsite events. Great culture and a positive work environment.
Cons
Not a lot of high-profile clients or innovative job types, although it's something they're working on.

Pros
The company culture is very inclusive and collaborative. Management understands the significance of work / life balance and provides every opportunity to advance. There is an equal amount of support and autonomy.
Cons
In this case, the company should vet new hires more carefully. The individual who rated the company a one star was with FORGE for a month. He oversold his capabilities. With 10+ years of experience, he was being instructed by staff with barely two years of experience. When this issue was addressed, he put in his notice and left the company unceremoniously.
