As a part of this we have published transparent salary bandings that have been reviewed a number of times throughout our growth journey, and are currently undertaking a review of our pensions plan with a view to introducing improvements. With regards to coding standards, we have formulated a group of 'tech steers' that represent each project within the company with a view to ensuring they follow the preferred engineering approaches here at FX.
