Good company to work for! I was with the Lynchburg, VA location and the supervisors were incredibly helpful and my coworkers were very kind. The training procedures were top-notch and helped me feel very prepared.

Cons

The BCBAs are through telehealth so sometimes that was difficult when dealing with difficult behaviors in clients.
