Excellent environment and benefits. They fully support your efforts for personal growth. Job security is quite high. No RIF efforts that I'm aware of.

Well, I am not horse-whipped

If mediocrity and little work are your thing, then this is the place for you! The leadership, if you can call it that, has such rapidly changing goals, they really don't know what they are doing. Invent a problem, and then solve it seems to be their mantra. They have no idea how to develop people or get the most out of people. Just let the herd run wild.
