- Poor leadership with lack of vision. Especially COVID-19 showed lack of competency - missed opportunity to benefit more from it

- No merits for 2 yrs
- More and more tasks without increasing salary accordingly
- Execs hiring their friends
- Constant rounds of lay-offs ( to save money, yet still hiring more and more managers and other mids)
- Creativity and innovative thinking getting killed by managers (No feedback, no interest, too scared)
- Loooooong and poor decision-making process (reminds of huge banks/car-manufacturers)
- Absolutely no way to get promoted, hiring from outside 100% more preferred
- No bonuses
