Pros

The people I work with are lovely and the atmosphere is inclusive and welcoming towards the LGBTQ+ community. There is also an emphasis on "walking the walk" in terms of Fandom, with fun events and company gift boxes.

Cons

As this is a truly international company, sometimes there can be a lack of awareness from people around timezones and working hours.
