      Good Resume builder... Stay Away!!!

      Cons

      The owners are husband and Wife and are horrible!!! they had claims against them in the past, one of the owners was arrested, and lie to new customers!!!! Do not be fooled by the pool table, xbox or trips, think of the WOLF OF WALL STREET WHEN APPLYING and stay away!!! they will say or do anything for a sale.

It’s important to us to establish a positive culture and we’re sorry we were unable to create this for you. As far as the comments about one of the members of the ownership team having been arrested, this is simply false. While all of us have made mistakes, there are no criminal charges in our past and we would certainly never guide customers down paths that would ultimately harm them. Speaking of customers, while we know it can difficult to find leads for any organization, we have made strides in the last year thanks to our new focus on digital marketing; it’s a process we continue to refine.       Save Yourself!!

      Pros

      Free snacks! They try to implement a family environment. Sometimes they'll offer free lunch, or company paid outtings.

      Cons

      You're expected to cold call businesses from 9am till 6pm. You will be reprimanded if you don't make 300 quality calls per day. The lead source is recycled leads while management will give quality leads to their favorites. How are you supposed to compete with this?

From a cold-calling perspective and no longer ask our sales team to make 300 calls per day. We recognize that this approach was unsustainable and moved onto a split between warm leads and inbound marketing.       Not worth it.

      Pros

      Good salary, benefits & perks. Unlimited PTO and work remote policy are awesome too!

      Cons

      Management is terrible. If you value and stand by the quality of your work, the experience WILL be rough and no amount of money will compensate for the stress you will endure. Employees are expected to follow orders instead of solve problems. Also, there is an unprecedented lack of process, organization and communication which makes simple day-to-day operations seem like rocket science and makes it incredibly difficult to focus on your actual job. On some level you’re always paying for someone else’s mistakes, rather than individuals taking responsibility for what they do or don’t do and correcting those mistakes so that they don’t happen again.
