Despite this negative, FELS is looking to change the narrative.Early Childhood Education is a crucial foundation for our children’s future, yet it remains underappreciated, with teachers and staff often receiving inadequate pay. This widespread issue arises because families are unable to shoulder the burden of higher tuition fees that could support fairer compensation for educators.
