Pros
Only pro was profit sharing and coworkers were helpful and fun to work with.
Cons
We were asked to submit good reviews. "Marketing" would submit false reviews when trying to hire to try and make the company look good. CEO and upper management would openly and publicly insult employees telling them they don't know what they're doing and they're stupid for thinking something. General atmosphere was very toxic. Advice was never accepted and we were told to just take whatever insults the CEO would throw at us and not argue with him at all. Insurance "benefits" were basic at best. Way behind the curve on latest technology and best practices. Office building and workspace is outdated. "A good attitude" is more valued than actual technical knowledge and ability to meet deadlines.
