Pros

Only a small handful of genuine people who are all being trodden on by those that just want to greedily make their way to the top. Discount if you like guitars, that’s where the benefits end.

Cons

Promotions given to those for all the wrong reasons (if your face fits etc) but for others who commit their blood, sweat and tears, tend to be overlooked and very undervalued or appreciated. Big American name, heavy decision making cascaded down from the US to business in UK and Europe (even down to HR/employment law related issues). Very questionable ethics. Limited work/life balance, always this feeling of being “switched on” 24/7 and very little in way of salary benchmarking relative to the amount of work piled on. Forget a pay rise, even of the most basic in line with government inflation unless you “toe the line” and are in with the right crowd.
