Where do I start? The organization is falling apart. Every month it is a less a philanthropy and more a corporation. Staff are being so overworked that the CEO apologizes for it in staff meetings. Multiple departments with leadership who have no people skills, no willingness to work with other departments, and out of control egos. There is also no longer any job security- two long term employees have resigned before being fired and another was given almost no training then fired before 6 months. Higher ups assume the world from you with minimal training, minimal in person contact and low transparency. The Institute is committed to creating a movement of love, however the CEO and President are insisting on working with Republican/right-wing lead organizations that are full of hate.
