Pros
There is no pros about the company. Company is totally dominated by muslim community. All the HRs and maximum TLs are belongs to this community. They feel superior. They have liberty to worship their mosque during office hour for maximum interval. Make office like garden place,Talking in a group. The TL don't have any in-depth knowledge about the task,and Manners to speak to their co-workers.Although Chinese people's were good but they easily get manipulated by Team leads and HRs.
Cons
There is no constant policy from HRs side to the employees. Even they are not aware about this policy. Employee got informed prior to 1 day of leaving from about policy updation. There is so much religious discrimination in the company. Muslim people got 1 month early leave for about 2 hours breaking all rules of the company. Making other employees feels inferior about working in the company. Many peoples r leaving company with 6 month

Well , I was hired as a Java Developer but never got any real project to work. 1. You will feel of being in School and College Again. 2.Your office timings will be strict like anything. 3.Nothing to learn , most of them are passing there time to get experience letter and preparing for better opportunities in different spheres of life. 4.You will get salary on time (if you are always on time other wise too many deductions). 5.Few older employees are just hiring people , and taking interviews when they are not skilled enough to ask anything. 6.Chinese people are good but they have closed their eyes totally, making leads (incompetent ones)and other resources just because they feel these guys care about company. 7.HR actually has got no power. So if you are there feel free to do anything. 8.Leaves can be cancelled at any point of time , any sought of leaves . Even Holidays. 9.Corporate culture doesn't exist.
Cons
1.Want to join the organization , please do but you should know 80% employee's they hired have left already including me / or not :P(very soon). 2. You can pay a guy there in recruiting team and get hired .(You can ask anyone there .) Like God of Indian Cricket God of FiberHome !!! Good things do exist : You will get time to learn from your own . But you will only get time from the company and nothing else (no resource , no portals ). No Appraisals
