      Pros

      Great colleagues, benefits, and flexible hours. Good training structure.

      Cons

      Used to be great company to work for but over the years management has changed and that the 'ego has definitely landed'. People are rewarded/promoted for what they say rather than what they actually do. Zero loyalty to long term employees.

      Great office atmosphere, good perks, fun people to work with, great for career progression

      Cons

      The executive team did not have a good handle on how to manage a company, resulting in a messy buyout. Job security, as a result, was not great.
