      It is not possible to write pros for a company that has terrible management

      Pros

      Safety when your current consultancy position ends. Decent Salary

      Cons

      Treated like a contracting consultant, the company is not set up to deal with permanent consultants and has a body shop mentality

      Not that good, but not bad either

      Pros

      FinXL is not getting involved once we are left with employees. I'm not sure if that's a benefit. But they will pay you less by giving a lollipop of Permanent residency that feels like poison

      Cons

      Employees are left with clients, and they are not cared for. No monthly catch-ups, bonuses, or other activities for employees. Already earning commissions but not thinking of employee welfare.
