This is typically a #LALA company. So, technically this review sums up for all of those companies. Some of the best reasons to work at this place will be the work ethics and the management. Basically, a strong work ethic is vital to a company achieving its goals. And, if ethics are poor at the top, that behaviour is copied down through the organization. So, Finoit is typically an epitome of poor work ethics lead by creatively bankrupt gentlemen. Coming to supervisors. They are good for nothing but are over enthusiastic. They have this amazing skill of acting sassy. They follow a deceptive advertising to make you belief that you are a part of Rocket Science. Well, fortunately, their impeccable endeavors and pretentious attitude are the only prime reason, when you start hating your code and your job. Other than that, you'll gradually become accustomed to those monotonous routines, lose your guts to move out, and, become incompetent like the Apex Management.
Cons
Employee Performance Appraisal will have the same old reason of financial apocalypse in States. Working conditions are amazingly suffocated and incredibly unhygienic. I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting and terrible there sanitary conditions are.
