Strong values, solid social proposition, learning company, respect, equalitarian treatment, opportunity, strong learning culture, error driven company, if you are not erroring you are not trying, error fast fix fast, high motivation, unique and friendly environment, trust and word is a must. High growth conpany.
Cons
Still not well structured, everything to be done (= opportunities for everybody), its a startup, so you have to act fast and decide, a lot of work but everybody is there to help and get things done. Stock plan being developed as well as other benefits.
