      Such a horrible experience that I had quit this company in a month. Can't think of any pros.

      Poor work culture, rigid thinking & big talks No employee benefits and perks Long working hours and no flexibility Low salary and heavy work Layoffs anytime observed. No security Biased

      Finzly formerly known as swapstech is operating in India since Past 5 years. We have people working with us for more than 4 years. Judging a company in less than 15 days is not feasible. You left the company by giving false reason of Health issue. There itself the professionalism reflects. Candidates are requested to not get influenced by biased review and discuss with HR or recruitment team before making final decision about joining the company. Updates: We hired during COVID Pandemic situations as well as gave appraisals.

      1) No KT sessions for new employees. 2) Lots of micro-management. 3) Nopolicy in place. 4) Worst work culture. 5) Do not go. 6) Favours old employees. 7) No work life balance at all.

      1) work-life balance - never had to work on weekends or late nights. 2) cutting edge technologies. 3) opportunity to work closely with best in industry folks. 4) open door policy & flat hierarchy 5) opportunity to learn about Financial domain is a big plus.

      Cons

      Have to be hands on , if you do not like hands on then this is not right company for you.
