Pros

quick to get hired, friendly to begin with

Cons

Lied about the role and hours involved. There job advert said Sat-Mon 9-5. on the phone they said sunday to thursday 6am - finish (times varried but ussually 6-7pm. then when i started was advised was just sunday - monday 12pm-8pm. Verry unproffesional, hard to get hold of, difficult o get physical or e payslips. Later let me go due to not enough experience however they knew my experience when they hired?

Pros

The pay is ok but could be better like all the other warehouses which pay more than £8. Pay for 18+ is £7.38, for 25+ it’s like £7.83 not much of a difference. Could be better as I say.

Cons

The staff at the Totenham warehouse are quite rude and dismissive. I did not like the experience at all as workers are not valued and spoken to in a rude manner. They Call you when ever they want you at any time, day otherwise they don’t call at all. They don’t pay the right amount of hours the each person works at. They pay less. They don’t tell you anything about the job once you get there e.g. the pay, the benefits etc they just send you to the warehouse when ever a job is available. The staff speaks as little English, half the time you will have no idea what they are talking about. They also speak in their language alllll day long, it’s quite rude especially when you have no idea what is being said and if they are talking about you or not. English should be spoken at all times within the working environment as workers can get offended.

Fast paced environment with excellent opportunities for advancement and PRP. The company fully supports and trains its employees and offers several benefits eg car, phone, laptop. I started as a temp and within three years I was managing one of the largest offices in the network.
