Since your time with us was relatively brief, perhaps you were not able to fully appreciate, nor able to accurately gain a true picture as to the environment here at First Contact HR. We are a pay for performance organization, and we know that our pay is competitive within our industry. Additionally, our Total Rewards Package is more robust and competitive than most companies of our size within the industry. We offer 13 paid company holidays, two of which are optional, in addition to the Paid Time Off (PTO), comprehensive health & dental , 401k, gym subsidy, tuition assistance and life insurance. These benefits, coupled with our competitive pay, position us in a favorable light with our staff. While it is unfortunate that things did not work out with your employment with us, I can assure you that the aforementioned items are simply not true.
