It is a company that has a set of clearly defined values within which it operates, everyone I met within the business liked working there because we believed we were making a difference to peoples health outcomes.
Cons
Salaries are often lower than market rate and it can be difficult to get a promotion because senior roles are few and people tend to sit in them for a long time.
