      None, This bank president may have mental problems. The executive V.P. has been married 3 times and constantly argues with his wife. Great people...not.

      The Bank President and Executive Vice President miserable beings.

      Pros

      The wonderful dedicated people who worked for First National Bank of Layton's Mortgage Division.

      Cons

      The disappointment of not having the company try to resolve the issues. They took the easy way our and left a lot of people in a bad situation. It did not have to end this way.

      Anybody who is nice, considerate and ethical ends up leaving the bank.

      Cons

      Definitely a lack of communication throughout the organization. Lots of back biting. I asked for help with procedures and protocols multiple times and was treated as though I was an imbecile. Constantly watching your back.
