      Pros

      Highly dynamic company with great benefits. The company's complex structure and operating model provides excellent opportunities for exposure to new and complex scenarios and growth particularly at the higher levels.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, high pressured environment which is very conducive to burnout. Very strong culture which is heavily influenced by each business unit's executive.

      Staff are friendly and provide advice.

      Cons

      Senior executive team are way out of their depth and do not have a clue about running a bank like this. Senior guys are complete bullies and cannot be trusted. There appears to be a complete lack of an articulated strategy.
