As the company's structure is a total BPO where the work keeps going on 24*7 you will face days where you will feel burned-out . The shifts pattern in the depends in the process you working depends if they fixed Sat & Sun off & vice versa . The stress level in every workplace is always high & specially in BPO industries stress level is much as it requires you to be mentally strong ! The last thing to be said here will be every company has a decided structure of working ( some have complex & streamlined ) & giving workload to their employee , so this totally depends on P2P how they handle certain cons* at their job .
