      Great Culture, ability to do my best work, growth opportunities, focused on positively impacting ML students, good pay, remote first, flexibility

      Cons

      This is not a con but considering we are a startup and have a lot of work to do and many wear a lot of hats which may not be the best fit for everyone. Health Care options and cost could see some improvements

      Flashlight is a great place to work! The work we do here is directly aligned to the mission of supporting English Learners across the nation with opportunities to practice productive language aligned to content and progress monitor growth.

      Remote work, work life balance (busy season from August-October and then a very manageable workload outside of that time frame), and kind and caring co-workers and managers,

      Cons

      It does get a bit hectic during the busy season, so it's important to practice good time management and scheduled breaks during this time.
