Pros

There’s no pros here, I don’t know why people still work here honestly

Cons

Management really sucks No work life balance On top of it leaders were not capable of managing the team. Most especially the person in charge of Talent Acquisition, doesn’t have any leadership experience. Was there for long that’s why she’s been promoted. Final pay will be released after 60 days, without any notification or whatsoever A lot of pending DOLE/ NLRC cases, you can check!

Toxic and bad Filipino Management

Pros

Office in nice area. Cubicles quiet and spacious. Free breakfast. Clients and foreigner bosses treat Filipino talents well.

Cons

Bad management. Would be a good stepping stone for young talents but the culture is bad and workplace is toxic because the top management tolerates their bully and power tripper COO. People resign quickly and very few people stay for more than 6 months, many left with traumatic stories to tell because of one Filipino management. No real job security.

Pros

If there's one good thing about FlatPlanet, it's the weekly salary payout. Getting paid every week is convenient and helps with budgeting. However, the overall experience still leaves much to be desired in terms of management, support, and workplace quality.

Cons

Disorganized Management – Internal processes are chaotic, and leadership seems more focused on appearances than actual efficiency. Poor IT Support – Expect to handle technical issues on your own because IT support is slow, unresponsive, and barely competent. Unpleasant Work Environment – Despite branding itself as a “premium office,” the workplace is far from it—cramped, poorly maintained, and lacking basic comfort. Payroll Nightmares – Getting paid shouldn't feel like an uphill battle, but here, it does. Payroll is frustratingly inefficient and difficult to deal with. Zero Respect for Consultants – If you're a consultant, don't expect fair treatment. You're essentially an afterthought with no real support or acknowledgment. Overall, FlatPlanet thrives on empty promises. If you’re looking for an employer that values its people, this is not the place.
