      Pros

      It's hard to come up with any positives. The people working in the trenches were great, smart and hard working.

      Cons

      The ownership only thinks about their own wallet. There isn't any concern for employees or customer. Senior Management work this way as well to ensure that they preserve their jobs. Everything they do is to keep the ownership off of their backs.

      Grinder - Stay Away

      Pros

      Middle management try to protect salespeople from the Oligarch in the corner office.

      Cons

      You have 3 to 6 months to bring in a significant deal. The incumbent sales reps get all the resources. 99% Cisco focused, all but a few have left Flexity for another startup. The attrition rate for sales people is 75%. Even if you overachieve on your quota they will still fire you if you are not totally aligned with senior executives.

      It was nice until the layoffs

      Relaxed environment, friendly people and free coffee/drinks.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, they won't even hesitate to lay off an employee on their birthday.
