This company is a textbook example of how poor management and a toxic, deceptive culture can destroy an organization from within. Leadership lacks transparency, accountability, and basic competence. Audits are perpetually failed, financials are a mess, and profitability is nonexistent. Mass layoffs are disguised as “voluntary resignations” under pressure, targeting entire departments across HR, Finance, BI, Sales, and IT to cut costs. Employees are cornered and coerced into quitting without severance, and many are openly threatened not to leave honest reviews or risk not receiving their final pay. If you're considering working here, ask yourself if you’re okay with being used, silenced, and discarded. If not – run.
