Pros

Flexogenix provides its employees snacks in the break room and caters lunch every other non-payday Friday. I would prefer to have my direct deposit go through instead of free lunch, but hey that's just me (they have been giving out paper checks due to issues with payroll and money).

Cons

Micromanagement should be the slogan for this company. Everything is micromanaged. The company does not screen new hires appropriately and has a lot of inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Management does not care about employees and honestly can be described as racist. Every employee is treated the same, meaning if you have a coworker that doesn't do any work they will be treated equal to the hard working employee, but if you are of a different color then you may get singled out and picked on/bullied. Because there are so many people there is no accountability. It is constant chaos and no one is ever on the same page. Management sends out operational/clinical changes weekly, but in all honesty things change every day at this place, so unless you are okay with changing the way you do things EVERY SINGLE DAY then this is not the place for you. The company is fighting battles with insurance companies and has lost a lot of patients because of it. My best advice is to stay away from this place. They market misleading information to patients and to job hunters. Don't believe any of it because it is all too good to be true. They allow people to move up to higher positions who have zero training, experience or education and because of that the company is slowly, but surely failing. Employees are resigning left and right and upper management still doesn't seem to understand that they are the problem. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this family business because blood is thicker than water and they bring that into the workplace for sure.

Pros

No reasons they make you feel like you made the best choice to work there but in reality you were better off

Cons

No respect, no clear direction, favoritism, prejudiced in so many ways than one, management full of dishonest people owners included.

Pros

There are many great things that this company provides for it's employees. Paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, catered lunches on non-payday Friday's, four day work weeks, annual staff retreats, annual raises, fully stocked break-room, PTO, paid sick time, paid Holidays, 401K, along with other small incentives. The atmosphere while working with this company has been nothing more than friendly, fun, and family. I couldn't have asked for a better company to grow and expand with. This company is more concerned with patient care, than how much money they can make. I am blessed to be a part of this growing, successful medical practice.

Cons

Recently Flexogenix has hit a few speed bumps, but what new company doesn't. You may have read other awful and childish reviews regarding recent changes at this company, all written from FORMER or upset employees. In order for this company to survive, the owners had to make very difficult decisions to make sure we had the tools we needed to thrive as a small growing business. One con that will continue to make this company struggle are employees who are not fully dedicated to their job. Currently we are a strong team of employees but if one employee's heart is not completely in it, that one employee will bring the rest of our team down. Due to recent changes within this business, employees have had to learn quickly how to handle many more tasks than when they were originally hired.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We are happy to hear our employees appreciate the benefits package as we genuinely try to provide as much as possible. We are also thankful of our employees for sticking with us in navigating the tough road blocks the health care industry faces.
