Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, great leadership, progressive mindset, TEAM mindset, amazing benefit offering, and more! FDS Inc really takes care of it's staff and that is a great foundation for a company that provides superior service to its customers. Our customer base is growing and much of that is due to referrals from existing customers - which says a lot about our dedication to building positive relationships with our customers.
Cons
We're a bit understaffed at the moment.... No huge corporate ladder opportunities - since we're a small office, career advancement is a slower track than some have patience for - BUT we are building from the ground up and there is no better place to lay a foundation for a long term career!
