Toxic work environment from management that has no idea what they're doing You're treated as a number even though the company is as small as it is. Management tries to make it seem like this is the place to be and that the pay is fair market value, but it's not even close. The hours are extremely long and management expects everyone to throw away their lives for the company. Management is dishonest with the direction of the company and knows about potential layoffs, but never communicates any details. Everyone talks bad about big companies like Amazon, but these start-ups are the absolute worst. Not only is the pay terrible, but the hours are inconsistent, the management is inconsistent and there are little to no benefits. At least with the bigger companies they are transparent, you have your PTO, benefits and pay upfront. Worst company I have ever worked for. Avoid at all cost.

Poor management, Huge layoffs, Pay is below average. This company doesn’t care about anything but making money as soon as they make their money they let go people. This company is definitely going downhill. they expect employees to drop everything to be there every day, including overtime and working six days in a row.
